Taxi drivers have been giving free rides for people travelling between Sanam Luang and Siriraj Hospital, where His Majesty the King has been receiving treatment.
Since his admission, thousands have been gathering each day ay the hospital to wish His Majesty a quick recovery.
"I have chosen to provide free taxi rides because I want to do good deeds in dedication to His Majesty," taxi driver Attawut Sangkhaphan told reporters.
