Everyone outside of Thailand seems to be freaking out about bird flu, how worried are you about the virus?

Personally, I'm a vegetarian so I don't have to worry about eating chicken but I'm quite worried in terms of the bigger picture like how's it gonna effect the whole world if it's getting out of control. Too bad though we live in a country where the government is too busy trying to cover things up instead of giving information to people. No surprise a lot of Thais know too little about it and are so unaware of it. It reminds me of the start of the AIDS crisis way back when the government shamelessly covered it up for fear that it might scare tourists away. I hope that history is not gonna repeat itself.

Honestly, I have never worried about this. I just eat clean and hygienic food and stay healthy.
