Club Astra Club Astra is one of Bangkok’s most up-and-coming venues, brought to you by the people behind Cafe Democ and located in the new-and-improved RCA. The club not only enjoys a 2am license but is also one of the only locations in the zone with a dance floor. Further contributing to Astra’s appeal is its shithot sound system, its mid-construction ghetto feel and some of the finest acts booked in this city. It certainly has nothing to do with the irritating smoke machine which is this hot new location’s only (very minor) nuisance.

hope they can improve their sound system soon,with love.
besides that Astra is my place, atmosphere and songs are great.
people is more friendly than some clubs with the same style in BKK.
just feel like it's my place everytime i go there!
(maybe - just because all good events never perform anywhere else since M.O.S.closed - so i have no other choice)

not only is this one of the few clubs with an actual floor - don't forget the room next door! it has a more a chill lounge effect I like and think it'd be cool if there were to start salsa lessons there and play up the dynamic between both floors!

i likt this place. yes, its true that club astra can be e,pty at times. then again, for the better events its a great place and i wouldnt know a substitute for astra.

avoid at all costs! a venue for farang, bar-girls and anyone else uncomfortable at other RCA venues. lame soundsystem, lamer crowd.
