RELIEF: Give it and get it 9.10.09

Before we bring you this month's most anticipated Halloween party, we bring you, along with AMFAB, INDUS and RISE Productions a fundraiser party to help the victims of Typhoon Ketsana in the Philippines.

On Sept. 26, Typhoon Ketsana ravaged The Philippines, displacing more than 200,000 Filipinos, some of which are still unaccounted for. The situation is actually much worse than what you see on TV, and every Filipino we know, rich or poor, is affected in one way or another. We have friends who either lost everything or are housing entire orphanages in their houses right now. Homes that have been with families for generations have been destroyed.

There is a way we can help. On Oct. 9, we’ve teamed up with Indus, Bangkok Theme Club, AMFAB, RISE Productions, and three fabulous DJs, FLORIAN de LUX of Theme Club, RORY BREAKER and LUKO of All my Friends are Beautiful, who’ve all volunteered to help raise funds for Ketsana flood victims in The Philippines. For every drink you purchase on that night, we will donate the profits to the Philippine Red Cross, the most active flood relief organization in the country. So, the more you drink, the more you contribute. We can now safely say that alcoholics make the best philantrophists!
