Trio 24 is located opposite of Emporium – in a small alley where 7-Eleven locates at the front corner. It is the white building with a signage of Trio 24 and an Italian Flag on.

Trio 24 consists of the ground floor and mezzanine floor which customers can also use for private parties.

The food style at Trio 24 is Northern Italian style since Chef Luca himself came from Bologna (Northern Part of Italian) … Bologna is considered to be Italy’s capital of food. The Chef is very attentive and more than happy to suggest the right thing for his customers.

The most important thing, the chef has never pre-cooked pasta like others do, he always asks customers to allow him 10 minutes to have fresh cooked pasta. This is the reason why Pasta at Trio 24 is the most popular item! Sauces available here are from Alla Panna (Cream sauce), Pasticciati (Bolagnese sauce and cream), Funghi e pomodoro (Mushroom & Tomato), Primavera (Queen tomato, mushrooms, celery), Al Salmone (Salmon Sauce), Crema di funghi e tartufo (Mushroom cream and truffle). Moreover, they also allow customers to ask for other sauces on request including choices of whole wheat & multigrain pasta (for the one who need to be healthy).

We tried Gnocchi with eggplant and shrimps and Spaghetti Tuna with tomato sauce which we admitted that the sauce was perfectly blended with other ingredients. It even made the tuna come "alive".

All main ingredients come directly from Italy (even coffee) except the beef which came from New Zealand … It’s first quality New Zealand Meat for the meat lovers with a reasonable price i.e., Fileto di manzo (Tenderloin Beef Fillet with 250g at 440 Bht only).

Pizza is also a recommended item here since it is the original Italian Pizza with the thin sheet and big size. We tried Vegeterian Pizza which topped with fresh vegetables and Margherita Pizza which topped only with good quality of cheese and tomato sauce.

For the one who needs wine to go with your dish, Luca can also help you decide to find the right wine for your order. All wines came from Italy with the price of 1400 – 1700 Bht per bottle or 600 Bht per glass. As he said, he did not expect to earn profit from wine but he needs customers to enjoy the meal with good wine only.

Price of food is very reasonable … Big Size, Great Taste, and importantly no 10% service charge.
